<p>2xícaras de arroz próprio</p>
<p>para sushi</p>
<p>3 xícaras de água</p>
<p>4 colheres (sopa) de </p>
<p>vinagre de arroz</p>
<p>3 colheres&#160; (sopa) de </p>
<p>açúcar</p>
<p>2 colheres&#160; (chá) de sal</p>
<p>1 1/2&#160; colher&#160; (chá) de saquê</p>
<p>5 folhas de nori (alga</p>
<p> marinha para sushi)</p>
<p>Wasabi, molho de soja</p>
<p>(shoyo) e cebolinha</p>
<p>verde picada à gosto</p>
<p>500 g de salmão bem</p>
<p>picado</p>
<p><strong>PREPARO:</strong></p>
<p align="justify"> Em uma tigela média, lave bem o arroz, esfregando os grãos&#160; delicadamente. Troque a água até ficar transparente. Deixe de molho em água, por 15 minutos ou até que os grãos fiquem&#160; brancos e opacos. Transfira para uma panela com a água e cozinhe em fogo alto, com tampa, até levantar fervura.. Abaixe&#160; a chama&#160; e cozinhe por mais dez minutos. Deixe descansar, com a panela tampada, por mais dez minutos. Enquanto isso, em uma panela pequena, junte o vinagre, o açúcar , o sal e o saquê até dissolver&#160; o açúcar. Trnasfira o arroz para uma tigela funda e adicione aos poucos&#160; a mistura de vinagre, mexendo com uma espátula larga até esfriar. Divida uma folha de alga ao meio.&#160; Estenda uma das metades na mão&#160; esquerda seca. Com a mão direita umedecida, espalhe 1/3 de xícara de arroz em uma das extremidades da alga . Por cima , disponha um pouco de wasabi e, na diagonal, 1 1/2 colher (sopa)&#160; de salmão. Enrole o temaki formando um cone. Com um grão&#160; de arroz cozido prenda&#160; a ponta da alga. Sirva imediatamente com shoyu e cebolinha verde picada.</p>
<p><strong>RENDIMENTO:</strong>&#160;&#160; 12&#160; porções.</p>

<p><strong>Para a banana</strong></p>

<p>1 xícara de farinha de rosca</p>
<p>Òleo para fritar</p>
<p><strong>PREPARO:</strong></p>
<p align="justify">Em uma tigela, tempere a carne com o alho, o ketchup, o molho inglês, a cebolinha (reserve um pouco para decorar), o tomate, sal e a pimenta. Em uma panela, aqueça bem o azeite em fogo alto e refogue a carne por 15 minutos ou até dourar, mantendo a umidade. Adicione o conhaque e as passas e mexa até evaporar. No fundo de seis cumbuquinhas, espalhe o requeijão e cubra com a carne bem quente.</p>
<p><strong>Prepare a banana:</strong></p>
<p>Passe as bananas no ovo batido e, depois, na farinha de rosca. Frite no óleo quente até dourar. Escorra em papel toalha e reserve. Sirva o picadinho com arroz branco e a banana, decorado&#160; com a cebolinha reservada.</p>
<p><strong>RENDIMENTO:</strong>&#160;&#160; 6 cumbucas.</p>

<p>PREPARO:</p>
<p align="justify">Em um refratário, derreta o chocolate e a manteiga&#160; no microondas, em potência alta por dois minutos, mexendo com uma espátula na metade do tempo. Em uma tigela, bata bem os ovos com as gemas e o açúcar até obter uma mistura cremosa&#160; e esbranquiçada. Junte aos poucos a farinha.Adicione o chocolate derretido e as nozes e mexa bem. Distribua a mistura&#160; entre dez forminhas de 8 cm de&#160;&#160; diâmetro e&#160; 5 cm de altura, untadas com manteiga. Em uma assadeira grande, leve ao forno moderado&#160; (180 gráus), preaquecido, de 15 a 20 minutos&#160; ou até que os bolinhos sequem na superfície mas fiquem cremosos por dentro. Reserve. Desenforme ainda quente e sirva, polvilhado com chocolate em pó, com colheradas de chantilly.</p>

<p align="justify">Em um refratário grande, leve ao microondas, em potência alta, o chocolate e o creme de leite por dois minutos.. Adicione a baunilha, misturando com uma espátula, e volte ao microondas, por mais dois minutos. Transfira par uma panela própria para fondue. Junte o licor de laranja e aqueça. sirva com as frutas.</p>

<p>2 cebolas roxas cortadas  em gomos</p>
<p>500 g de batata do tipo bolinha,</p>
<p>cortada  ao meio</p>
<p>2 colheres (chá) de folhas de tomilho</p>
<p>1 limão sciciliano cortado  em pedaços</p>
<p>sal e pa aaimenta-do-reino</p>
<p>2 colheres (sopa) de azeite</p>
<p>2 colhers (sopa) de vinagre balsâmico</p>
<p>ramos de tomilho para decorar</p>
<p>PREPARO:</p>
<p>Em uma assadeira antiaderente, misture o frango   com o alho, a cebola. a batata, o tomilho e o limào. Tempere com sal e pimenta. E m uma tigela, junte o azeite com o vinagre balsâmico e com esta mistura, regue o frango na assadeira. Leve ao forno quente preaquecido, mexendo ás vezes, por 50 minutos ou até a  carne ficar macia. Sirva decorado com ramos de tomjlho.</p>

<p>1 pitada de sal</p>
<p>1 colher (chá) de fermento </p>

<p>1 xícara de açúcar</p>
<p>2 colheres&#160; (chá) de essência de baunilha</p>
<p>2 colheres (chá) de vinagre</p>
<p>de vinho branco</p>
<p>1 xícara de farinha de trigo</p>
<p>1/3 xícara de coco ralado</p>
<p>1/3 xícara de coco fresco</p>
<p>em lascas&#160; finass</p>
<p><strong>PREPARO:</strong></p>
<p align="justify">Na batedeira bata as claras com o sal por um mimuto. Sem parar de bater, junte aos poucos,&#160; o fermento e metade do açúcar até obter picos firmes. Adicione a baunilha e o vinagre. Em outra tigela, misture a farinha com o açúcar restante. Peneire metade da mistura de farinha sobre as claras e misture com uma espátula. Repita com o restante da farinha. Acrescente o coco ralado. Em uma forma de buraco no meio, bem alta, de 25 cm de&#160; diâmetro, sem untar, leve ao forno moderado (180 gráus), preaquecido, por 35 minutos ou até dourar um pouco. Deixe esfriar&#160; completamente sobre uma grade, com a forma virada para baixo. Desenforme passando uma faca na lateral. Sirva com as lascas de coco.</p>
<p><strong>RENDIMENTO:</strong>&#160; 12&#160; fatias.</p>

<p>2 colheres (chá) de fermento</p>

<p>1 pitada de sal</p>
<p>1 copo cheio de frutas</p>
<p>cristalizadas</p>
<p>2 colheres de óleo</p>
<p>Quanto baste de água</p>
<p><strong>PREPARO:</strong></p>
<p>Misturar todos os ingredientes secos. Acrescentar a água e trabalhar a massa, usando a água aos poucos . A massa tem&#160; que ficar pesada e não se usa o rolo.Depois da massa pronta, colocar as frutas cristalizadas.&#160; Por numa tigela, coberta com um pano, para crescer, durante 3 horas, (de preferência dentro do forno apagado). Colocar na forma pequenas porções, bem juntas para formar o pão. Assar em forno&#160; moderado por 20 a 25 minutos, aproximadamente..</p>

<p><strong>PREPARO: Merengue</strong></p>
<p align="justify">Em uma tigela&#160; refratária, misture as claras com o açúcar, o sal e a baunilha. Leve ao fogo em banho-maria, mexendo sempre, até dissolver o açúcar. Transfira para a batedeira e&#160; bata até obter picos firmes. Leve para gelar.</p>
<p><strong>PREPARO:&#160; Massa</strong></p>
<p align="justify"> Em uma tigela&#160; misture a farinha com a amêndoa e o fermento. Na batedeira, bata os ovos com o açúcar e a baunilha até obter um creme claro. Adicione a abobrinha e misture. Em um molde com cavidades,&#160;&#160; própria para muffins, encaixe&#160; 12 forminhas de papel de 7 cm de diâmetro. Preencha com a massa. Leve ao forno moderado&#160; (180 gráus), preaquecido,&#160; por 25 miutos ou até dourar ligeiramente. Deixe esfriar. Cubra os bolinhos com o merengue reservado e sirva-os decorados com a casca de limão.</p>
<p><strong>RENDIMENTO:</strong>&#160; 12&#160; cupcakes.</p>

<p>400 g de frutas vermelhas</p>
<p> congeladas</p>
<p>1 xícara de açúcar mascavo</p>
<p>1/4 de xícara de vinagre </p>
<p>balsâmico</p>
<p>2/3 de xícara de conhaque</p>
<p>200 ml de creme de leite fresco</p>
<p>400 g de iogurte natural, firme</p>
<p>e escorrido com 30 minutos</p>
<p>de antecedência</p>
<p>200 g de suspiro</p>
<p><strong>PREPARO:</strong></p>
<p align="justify">Em uma tigela. juntr as frutas&#160; com o açúcar mascavo, o vinagre e o conhaque. Leve à geladeira, coberto com filme plástico, por duas horas. Na batedeira, bata&#160; o creme de leite até obter picos firmes. Acrescente o iogurte e com uma espátula, misture cuidadosamente. Leve para gelar, coberto com filme plástico, por uma hora. Quebre grosseiramente os suspiros. Em uma taça grande, alterne camadas , de frutas marinadas e de suspiro, finalizando com&#160; a fruta. Sirva.</p>
